Our Overnight Respite Service
stABILITY Night
We offer evening & overnight services on top of our daytime hours. This specialist support builds confidence, promotes wellbeing & empowers adults who stay with us to live meaningful lives - giving those individuals & their families peace of mind.
Through prior arrangement and at all times supervised by qualified and dedicated staff, Members can:
- Enjoy a healthy and delicious dinner
- Socialise with others
- Develop a wide range of independent-living skills
- Go out for evening activities within the wider community with friends
- Settle in for a comfy night's sleep at our warm and welcoming overnight respite home
Supper Club
After a busy day at stABILITY, Members enjoy Supper Club. Here we build on important independent-living skills such as food prep, cooking, laundry, bed-making, routine management and of course, relaxation and having fun! When staying for the night, Members (accompanied by staff) can also head out for the evening and access the community at a variety of evening activities such as discos, pub visits and People First Dorset's 'Friendship Club'.
Breakfast Club
After a cosy night's rest, Members wake up to enjoy Breakfast Club. Here we socialise during the most important meal of the day and prepare for the adventures that lie ahead of us!

Disco Club
Our newly introduced and very popular Disco Club allows Members to stay with us a little longer and dance the night away!
Once a month, People First Dorset host an accessible disco. On those dates, stABILITY offers Members the chance to:
- Stay past the 3:30pm end of session time
- Relax, unwind and socialise with others at our respite home
- Prepare, cook and enjoy a nutritious dinner
- Attend the disco with trusted and familiar stABILITY staff until 9pm
