Our lovely friends at Dry Dock in Weymouth provide a warm and friendly community space for all. Here we enjoy hot and cold drinks as well as Art & Craft sessions, board games and of course some pool!

We work closely with The Friendly Food Club who support our Members to responsibly, sustainably and safely source, prep and cook our own delicious and healthy meals at Stavordale House!

With sponsorship from Nantes Solicitors, The Combat Lab in Weymouth provide us with free-to-access Boxing, Kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu sessions for our Members. We think they're a knockout!

We like to help and contribute where we can at stABILITY and one of the places we love to do this is at The Westham Centre. Whether it's foodbank donations or helping to support young people - we like to lend a helping hand. Find out more about this great cause below.

We love to visit and help out at Portland View Animal Sanctuary in Osmington too. At stABILITY we share in their love and passion for animals and helping them where we can. Visit their Facebook page below to see how you can help or visit too!

Every other Tuesday we get out the gardening gloves at 'Hardy Hands'. We help to keep the natural environment safe and beautiful for all to enjoy. If you'd like to visit to check out the fantastic work we do - click below!

At stABILITY, as well as the daily fun that can be had whilst out and about, we offer the opportunity to take part and gain qualifications in accredited courses with Skills & Learning and AQA.

On Fridays we love to stop by at The Park Community Centre in Weymouth for some Table Tennis! They have lots of great things going on so click below to find out more information!

We love sports and staying active at stABILITY. We enjoy stopping in at Redlands to play Badminton and Table Tennis and then who can resist a hot drink and snack from the friendly cafe? Run by volunteers too - what's not to love?

Another activity we can't get enough of is Tri-Shaw Rides with Cycling WIthout Age. A wonderful charity aimed at helping adults with learning difficulties and older people access bike-riding throughout the local area. We enjoy a lovely ride and then donate to their fantastic cause. Find out how you can too by clicking below!

We love to attend People First Dorset's 'Speaking Up' group on a monthly-basis. It's a fantastic way to share thoughts and concerns in a safe space. People First Dorset also host the incredible 'Friendship Club' that our Overnight Service users regularly enjoy. They also host monthly discos so our Members, along with other adults with learning difficulties across the area, can enjoy socialising with others and dancing the night away!
